Slyph's Cad Macro v5.0 includes these features:
Fill out this form and create your macro:
Character name:
Macro Behaviors:
Choose your default distance healing device. You can easily switch devices as you play; this just declares which item you will always begin with.
This macro has extra self-heal routines for high Respia ratio healers, attached to almost every command, which may hurt low Respia ratio healers. Experiment, and decide which mode is best for you.
Would you like to self-heal when you click on the ground? (This might hurt some low Respia ratio healers when used accidentally. You will always be able to self-heal by clicking on yourself.)
Would you like locked or regular distance healing? (Locked healing is useful in situations like healing a rod point or a fighter in a long battle. You can switch between locked or regular healing as you play; this just declares which mode you will always begin with.)
When you self-heal with a Moonstone, how many pulses do you like to use? ('/use 1' is one pulse.) Enter a whole number:
The Auto-Self Heal routine equips your Moonstone and repeatedly issues '/use' commands until you turn it off. How long would you like to pause between '/use' commands? (Example: an entry of '30' would pause self-healing for 30 frames.) Experiment for what is best for you. Enter a whole number.
What is your favorite weapon? This will asign your weapon to a button for equipping (and also issue a quick self-heal for high Respia ratio healers.)
Command Customization:
It's impossble to choose macro command names that everyone will like. In most cases below, you can pick preferred command modifiers (Command, Control, Option, or Shift keys) to work with the command names you choose. Important—this form will not detect duplicate command names that you might have chosen; you have to be careful to pick unique names. Also be sure these commands will not interfere with any other macros you might have installed.

(You'll find that commands based on keys a-z, 0-9, and a few others are not supported by the Macro Generator. The number of special exceptions to these characters, along with the many foreign keyboard maps used by players, makes the return of dependable macros using these keys difficult.)

It can also be used to click onto the ground to stop distance healing (and even to self-heal for high Respia ratio healers), and will always self-heal when you click on your own character. This command must have at least one modifier—command, control, option, shift, or any combonation of the four.

Command + Control + Option + Shift + Click
Setting Preset targets with a text command. This command works exactly like the previous command for adding names to your 8 preset target slots, except that it is a text command, which is useful for adding targets that are not in sight of your character. The default command is 'ct,' which stands for 'cad target.' Example: To add a target, you might type 'ct slyph' while playing Clan Lord. Change the command to any other text name, if you wish.
